Fastway Couriers are currently seeking a driven and ambitious HR professional who has experience working in a high volume and fast paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide HR advice to employees throughout all stages of the employee life cycle
• In conjunction with the HR Manager act as a trusted advisor on key areas of HR to business leaders (e.g. performance management, reward, resourcing etc.) 
• Work alongside the HR manager to lead the effective operation of the full suite of people programmes within the business portfolio
• Conduct research to provide market intelligence on reward management, organisational development and change management trends
• Support the implementation of best practice processes, constantly looking for opportunities to improve efficient process delivery

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3-5 years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with TMS (Advanced system) is an advantage
