Fastway Couriers is in a period of unprecedented growth and as such, we have a need to secure a driven, focused, and experienced Recruiter to join our team. This role will be located in our Ballymount office.

 

Responsibilities 

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates
• Working with Operations & Human Resources teams to onboard new hires

·        Sourcing candidates for all positions within the Company

 

Requirements 

• Strong experience recruiting for high volume roles across multiple teams
• 2-3 years recruiting experience
• Patient, communicative, team player who is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
• Team player with strong communication skills with a focus on knowledge-sharing
• Strong admin skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent time Management
• Travel will be involved
